You may need to try unlinking and relinking your account on the Call of Duty website. So you need to log in, go to your profile, hover over your console banner, click to unlink, clear your web browser cache and cookies, log back in, relink your account, and play a multiplayer match. You can also try to uninstall the Call of Duty mobile app, restart your phone and reinstall the app.
