Again, there is a failure to understand on your end. I DO end up having to leave the lobby at the end of the match. But this happens far more often than you think in HC. In fact, it happens TOO OFTEN. And to say that the people who are fed up with this kind of bullsh*t should just leave the lobby and find a new one is completely ridiculous. Why should WE, the ones who are fed up with the bullsh*t, be the ones that should leave the lobby or match? Its like being in school and 1 kid pissing off the teacher to the point where instead of the 1 kid being punished, the WHOLE CLASS is punished as well as that one kid. It never made any sense to begin with and you just had to sit there and deal with it because that was the way it is. And that has no logical basis whatsoever.
No no no. I am not one of those people that would go on a vote to kick spree. You need to give me some credit here. In all the matches I go into, I try my best to get teammates to play by the objective and stay away from those who teamkill. I give so much amnesty throughout the match because I am not an assh*le that would just up and vote a person out after they TK for the first or second time. The first time, i see it as "ok simple mistake", the second "ok, could be a mistake but better watch out just to make sure" and the third time is "ok, that is too often, one more time and he is out". THAT is how I went about in Halo unless of course I KNEW the player was TKing on purpose. And I have been in matches where I would wait a good part of half the match just to see if someone would start playing how they are supposed to. I ALWAYS turn on my mic in an attempt to communicate with the teammate to get them to play by the objective. I think YOUR problem is that you dont trust anyone but a just as flawed computer system and you dont think ANYONE would actually be as forgiving as I am and you dont want to take that chance. Well how would you know unless they put it in?
I dont have the right to tell someone else how to play? On one hand, I agree. They can use whatever tactic and setup they want, HOWEVER on the other hand, that DOESNT mean they can use their setup or tactic to completely IGNORE the objective of the match by either TKing or doing whatever they want. And I will reiterate my question from earlier, When did this game go from being a game that you could play how you want while playing by the rules and objectives to a game that you only play the way you want? If you ask me, YOU are what is wrong with the system. You are one of those people that is giving these non-objective based players and TKers too much power just because you think people payed for this game too and should play how they want. I payed for the game too but gee, I cant seem to play the way I want because I am too busy picking up the handicap my team has since captain "play how you want" over here wont allow us to kick people to potentially pick up players that might actually help out the team.
And if i want that kind of power, I could go play Halo. Seriously, Halo was so successful at this, yet you refuse to acknowledge that same system for the COD aspect. I have no idea why that is. Both game are so similar even though they are made differently.
Besides, even IF you were kicked out of the match, it would be no different than leaving the match on your own to go find another lobby. Seriously, if you get kicked, boo hoo you just go find another lobby and if you leave of your own accord, you STILL go to find another lobby. Please explain how this is such a disaster. Either way, you are leaving the lobby and finding a new one.
