In both ONE and Ps4 cases the consoles are unusable because they should be on their way getting shipped to be repaired. The error I showed you the picture of my console doesnt need even a minor repair because it worked as it should.
Microsoft isnt telling me I need to spend more money if I have a broken Xbox. YOU are because you are telling me I can download a copy of the game and play it. And YES. Some cases do cost you money for something that you bought broken. Like this customer that couldnt get his 17 dollars in shipping costs refunded. The offered him at most about 10 dollars in XBL time cause they were too cheap to actually give him cash back. One of the reps actually suggested he commit "trade in" fraud.

And a simple search on the net is people are receiving no working controllers for the XONE as well. Look at the picture of proof in my first post.

About the shipping, MS isnt telling me to pay money to get it repaired but they are forcing me to HAVE money to get it repaired. They do not supply any package materials. That has to come out of my pocket. Money I shouldnt have to spend since I should have gotten a working product.

Xbox 937 5 stars and 339 one stars. Rating 3.5 stars (36% one stars) (about 50 / 50 on below 5 stars compared to 5 stars) That means 50 percent were perfectly satisfied
PS4 4800 5 stars and 1302 one stars Rating 4 stars. (27 perecnt one stars.) (about 25 percent below 5 stars compared to 5 stars) That means 75 percent were totally satisfied)
Thats 36 percent one stars for the one with a lower rating as well as a lower star rating and a LOT lower total votes.
VS the Ps4s percentage of one stars at only 27 percent with a 4 star overall rating and a lot HIGHER total votes.
And thats with not skimming thru the reviews at all. WAY more percentage of people prefer the PS4 and THAT is what matters.

Not only do 5 times more people prefer the Ps4 over the Xbox ONE in the US but also a higher percentage of those buyers are happier with their purchase.
