Still no support on getting my clan war win back?

I have been contacted by support twice now and get responses but then it seems they all of a sudden just don't send me anymore messages and I have been at this for like 2 months, its starting to seem like a lost cause. But anyway I was in a clan we did the rio de janeiro clan war and won. While we were working on the clan war after that I had some issues with the CoD app and it randomly kicked me from my clan and took the 1 clan war win I did already have. Along with that win went my patch and the win no longer counts toward my body count gear so I have to wait even longer even though I should already have it. This discussion was just for support to hopefully reply to, to get this problem fixed after all this time.
