I call it "mythical" because, as I said before, you seem to be the only one noticing and voicing this supposed "issue", yet nobody else out of the thousands of forum members around (here or anywhere) seems to notice it, and several of them, I'm sure, are among those who closely analyze and test the Perks/Weapons/Attachments/Equipment in detailed videos online.
