I know you're new to sniping but sniping in Ghosts is a lot harder than sniping in BO2. If you're going 15-9 in Ghosts then that's good considering you're new. If you started in BO2 then I'm pretty sure you will get better scores.
Anyway, I think the C word is getting thrown a lot nowadays. People just uses the word as a defensive mechanism to put down the other gamer. There is pretty much no sportsmanship anymore in today's gamers.
