I might have the same issue. I downloaded the update and started up ghost n it said I wasn't able to connect with the cloud servers. So I reinstalled the game and downloaded all the addons (season pass, maps and camo) n now I got past the ghost guy with the mask. But now I can't get past the Xbox live screen. WTF
