Thanks for letting us know what the issue is, and trying what cpt_charisma has suggested. Just to verify, you've input the code on the Collectors Edition website and received an Invalid code error? Did you make sure to try all variations replacing Ones, (L)ions, and (I)ce and Zeros and (O)ceans [1, L, I, or 0 and O]?
