James Burns is and never has been a reliable source for information related to CoD. Have you seen any of his other videos related to BO2 and BO2 zombies? He managed to get EVERYTHING he suggested wrong.
He is just a voice actor... nothing more. He knows nothing about the next CoD unless he is in it, and I reckon the Black Ops franchise is finished with, so he will probably NOT be involved.
