No not with RDS. Shooting long distances with semi-auto attachment, recoil is significantly less, even though you can spam the trigger RoF faster than any MR. Um and yes, recoil and sight bouncing are pretty much the same when you're speaking in practical terms.
Do some wall tests. Use RDS on both guns, only with the honeybadger, use semiauto attachment.
Go a med-long distance. Spam the trigger as fast as you can in ADS. Check the bullet spread. It's crazy different.
