Normally I would give suggestions to put on this list, but you seem to have covered all bases on this thread. IW needs to do something about all of the performance issues on PC. I have an AMD Phenom II x4 955BE @3.6GHz, 8GB of RAM @1333MHz and a Radeon HD 7790 @1200MHz. Running at medium settings and get framerates anywhere between 8 and 91. I can play BF4 at high settings at a steady 55+ FPS.
