Sorry mate, you don't have proof on your stream. All you have is your mate leaving. And if he is DoSing anyone, the attack won't be coming from his computer, it'll be coming from a botnet on t'internet. If your friend has a half decent router get him to check the ruter logs. If you see a flood of traffic coming from a certain IP address you could report it to your ISP and his ISP's abuse desk. His ISP will warn him 2 or 3 times and then cut him off. Alternatively, you could just take his IP address and DoS the hell out of him. *coughs* Jay'sBooter *coughs*
