It does not make them unusable, I said this many times. I understand that, you can get a decent game with them.
But they don't seem to have a role, a situation where they work best in. Snipers own the long range by such a big advantage, and AR's have such low recoil they own everything else. The only other class I would say really sucks are the lmgs
