Maybe in 2014 in Black Ops 3 (or whatever the name will be) in Call of Duty made by Treyarch.
They still have a year ahead, so if there are things you absolutely must have, its a good idea to push it to them instead of IW. Ghosts is unlikely to get a dedicated server browser - 6k players don't need dedicated servers, they'll just sit there all empty.
