ur right amplify is OP , in my opinion it shouldnt even exist , Dead Silence should counter it completely . Some retards say that DS and Amplfy should cancle each other but that will not be balanced because footsteps in ghosts are already too loud, fact is DS should be buffed so that it counters amplify and ADS time of snipers should be reduced and perks that speed up ur aiming speed should not affect snipers at all
